Meet the team at Seperack & Company, LLC
Andrew Seperack, CPA
Andy’s professional history includes establishing and acting as partner of his own accounting firm as well as working as Director of Entrepreneurial Services at Grill and Partners, LLC. He concentrates largely on financial accounting, including financial projections and operational efficiency analysis and tax planning. His experience includes preparation and review of corporate and individual income tax returns as well as extensive review and compilation work. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, Andy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and has been a CPA since 1992.
James Tucciarone, M.S.A., E.A.
Jim has a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and is an Enrolled Agent (EA). The EA designation is a federally authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections and appeals. Jim is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, a designation that requires specialized training in all aspects of IRS representation. He is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the International Association of Business Mediation Consultants and the National Society of Accountants.
Jim’s professional history includes five years with the U.S. Treasury Department in the Bureau of Cash Management (Washington D.C.) and also in the IRS as a Revenue Agent. He spent five years in Public Accounting with Deloitte and Touche as a Senior Tax Manager and Director of Deloitte’s Stamford office’s Tax and Accounting Services Group. During the past 20 years Jim has been President of SBMA, Inc a specialty tax, accounting and management consulting firm consulting for privately held companies and their owners.
Anna Alatas, EA
Anna joined our firm in 2003 as a staff accountant and office administrator. Her dedication and demand for excellence laid a foundation to become a results-oriented professional handling a wide range of services related to tax and accounting. She then became an Enrolled Agent licensed professionally to practice and represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Anna received an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Olsztyn in Poland in 1990.
Dina Sarris, E.A.
Dina joined our firm in 2001 as an office administrator. During these past 19 years, she has advanced to a senior accountant and tax professional. She is also an Enrolled Agents. Dina received a Business Administration degree from Katherine Gibbs Business School in 1986.
When not in the office, Dina enjoys spending time with her family and helping out with her son's business.
Martha Tsombanidis Rivera, E.A.
Martha has been with Seperack & Company, LLC for 13 years. She received her Associates Degree in Finance from Norwalk Community College in 2004 and her Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2007.
Martha became an Enrolled Agent in 2012 and represents clients before the IRR. She has always been an integral part of the team here. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Elizabeth Seperack, M.S.A.
Elizabeth graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2016 with a BS in Accounting and continued her education there to complete an MS in Accounting in 2017. After college, she spent two years in Deloitte’s Audit Division at the Stamford, CT office. Since joining Seperack & Company in 2019, Elizabeth has begun taking the CPA exam.
Her professional skills include business analysis, financial statement preparation and review, and business tax preparation. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends.
Liam Seperack, B.S.
Liam graduated from the Peter T. Paul School of Business at the University of New Hampshire dual-majoring in Accounting and Business Management in 2020. While at university, Liam was a member of the Accounting Association Club. Liam joined the firm in 2021 and is currently pursuing the CPA License. Liam’s professional skills include individual and business tax preparation, financial statement preparation and review, and business analysis.
Outside of work Liam enjoys skiing, sports, getting outside and staying active.
Georgia Crespo, B.A.
Georgia graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a degree in Culinary Arts & Business Management in 2001. After school she worked for CA1, managing all restaurants for FLL. Starting in 2008, Georgia operated her family-run restaurant, Eos, in Stamford until 2019.
She is now responsible for managing our office which includes, billing, scheduling, accounting functions, and processing tax returns. When not at the office, Georgia enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her kids, and baking.
